People come to vet clinics with pets of different types, shapes, and, of course, personalities. Papaya identified 8 different archetypes of pets who see the vet. Papaya intended to use these characters throughout their social media campaigns to show how their unique approach would make that type of pet comfortable. I brought those personalities to life through their movements and gestures . 

Dogs and cats may tremble in loud, crowded waiting rooms. Papaya offers a Fear Free® experience for pets to reduce anxiety and provide compassionate pet care. To demonstrate to potential customers how Papaya’s patented approach to compassionate pet care works, I created a short explainer video.
